The town of Ludlow has long been known as home to Okemo Mountain Resort made famous for its ski trails. However there is so much more to see and do in the area. Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 10 percent of the first night will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
One child under 12 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.
One older child or adult is charged USD 25.00 per night when using existing bedding.
There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.

Deposit Policy: 90 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
10 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.
